GDPR clause

The administrator of your personal data will be CCC S.A., with the registered office in Polkowice at 6 Strefowa Street, 59-101 Polkowice, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000211692.
Your personal data will be processed in order to handle your inquiry as part of the CCC Group Results Conference. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
You have the right to:
- lodging a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
- transferring your personal data, e.g. to another administrator (unless the basis for their processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator);
- access to your personal data, including requests for copies thereof;
- requests for rectification, restriction of processing or deletion of your data.
